Opening of a New Satellite Office
The Fund has opened a new satellite office in Gwanda town which started operating with effect from January 2022. The office is situated at BR Naik Premises, Number 255, 5th Avenue, Gwanda and is only open on the first Wednesday of every month from 08.00 hours to 16.30 hours. The new satellite office will improve accessibility to the Fund for members and pensioners in Gwanda and surrounding areas. Please note that other satellite offices are located in Masvingo, Zvishavane and Hwange.
Launch of a Mobile Application
The Fund has developed a Mobile Application in order to improve communication with its members and pensioners. The Application, also known as Fundworx Mobile Application, can be downloaded from Google Play Store. In order to access their records on the Application, after downloading it, members can register using a combination of their email address or Member Number, their National Identification Number and the key which is their member number prefixed by 005.
